Water Damaged Condo in Davidson, NC

This condo experienced water damage from a unit above them.  Having been a previous customer of SERVPRO of North Cabarrus County & China Grove, they called us immediately to respond to their emergency.  The master bedroom, master bath and closet ceilings and walls were affected  along with the floors. Water was extracted and air movers and dehumidifiers were placed to control the environment.  We also packed their belongings and stored them at our warehouse while repairs were made to their unit.  

Although our customer was distressed at having to go through another loss, they were familiar with our process and extremely comfortable reaching out to us again.  That is the best compliment a customer could give us.
