During flooding, or water loss, systems for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) can become submerged in water. As a result, these systems may contain substantial amounts of dirt and debris and may also become contaminated with various types of microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi. As you can see in this before and after picture this Customer in China Grove NC after experiencing a large water loss in his home  the HVAC system had to be cleaned due to water infiltrating the system causing the amount of debris that you see.  WE made sure that the HVAC system was cleaned, disinfected, dried thoroughly, and tested. During the cleaning and remediation process this customer was well informed.  A BIG THANK YOU to this customer who allowed us to take before and after pictures.  So, the general public could see what a amazing job our technicians at SERVPRO of North Cabarrus County and China Grove did.
